The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
You will manage inventory and visual merchandising and implement strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets.
This role is integral to bringing WNU’s brand vision to life, ensuring the store operates efficiently and customers leave with a memorable experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Customer Experience
- Create a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment that aligns with WNU’s brand values.
- Ensure exceptional service, fostering customer loyalty through personalized interactions and expert product knowledge.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and a positive impression of the brand.

 

Sales and Financial Performance
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging data insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive a CRM strategy in collaboration with Senior Management and Marketing to build a loyal client base.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt plans to optimize results.

 

Operational Excellence
- Oversee stock management, including cycle counts, stock takes, and ensuring product availability across all channels.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Manage store operations, including sales reporting, and budget control.
- Assist WNU Pop ups with organisation and Operation as needed

 

Visual Merchandising
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain a visually appealing and brand-aligned store layout.
- Ensure displays are updated regularly to reflect current trends, promotions, and seasonal collections.

- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving financial success.

- Knowledge of CRM systems and retail management software is an advantage.

The Role

Responsibilities and Duties

Customer Experience:
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every customer.

- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Graphic Designer (Full Time)

The Role

As a graphic designer for WNU, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling work that reinforces our brand ethos and enhances the customer experience. From designing email campaign and seasonal look books to creating in store signage and advertising materials, your work will play a key role in supporting both our digital and physical presence.
You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all design work aligns with the brand visual identity, maintain consistency and driving customer engagement across all touchpoints.
Working across digital and print mediums is essential.


- Design and build email newsletters, ensuring the content is refreshing and on brand, whilst promoting high stock / new products.
- Design assets for the website.
- Design seasonal catalogues; reporting into Marketing Manager, liaising with the copywriter and working with the Shoot team for assets.
- Build and review brand presentations and decks. For internal and external use.
- Design assets for paid marketing; inclusive of video editing, gifs, static imagery, copy overlay, etc.
- Design printed collateral, including in store and event materials; invites, window vinyls. Reporting into Head of Retail and Marketing Manager.
- Design packaging and other brand related print materials; store shopping bags, sample sale bags, boxes, swing tags.
- Create assets for social channels.
- Create assets to support the Press team’s efforts including seasonal look books, gifting look books, invites, press releases, face sheets.
- Organise imagery and digital assets on company server.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscapes and marketing trends.
- Work with the Digital Marketing and Brand teams to ensure consistency and alignment of designs across all customer touchpoints.

Essential Skills and Requirements
To be considered for the role of Graphic Designer, the successful candidate must:
- 2+ years’ experience in a graphic design-related role, preferably within fashion.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.
- Experience in image retouching and editing.

- Experience with video editing.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (desirable).
- Familiarity with website design, Shopify, and Klaviyo (desirable).

The Role

 

As a Marketing Coordinator for WNU, you will provide essential support to the Brand and Marketing team in their day-to-day operations, assisting with event production, shoot production, marketing research and reporting and representing the Brand. Reporting to the Marketing Manager for events and marketing and the Creative Director & Founder for shoot logistics, the role is focused on helping to bring WNU’s brand to life through marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growing fashion company.

- Prepare case studies for the Brand book to show best in practice collaborations and launches eg: WNU x Tart
- Support the Marketing Manager and Founders strategies and initiatives, including the project coordination, logistics and the implementation of all new product launches and focuses.
- Support across all events: in store, pop-ups, customer and press to support the assistant. To include research, event production, ensuring the smooth running of operations, represent the WNU brand in front of customers and external partners and creating post event reports, reviewing against event KPIs and including an overview, imagery, UGC, social, customer acquisition, sales, event cost.
- Support the Creative Director & Founder in booking all logistics for photoshoots; creating call sheets, booking transport, booking the team, tracking costs.

- Have a positive, can-do attitude, with great interpersonal skills, prepared for front facing responsibilities. Passionate about brand and storytelling.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills; interpersonal and written.
- Team player who is able to work towards a shared goal.
